Rehabilitative and sports massage is generally used for individuals with injured muscles or soft tissue damage. These damages may be incurred from overuse or trauma. A variety of techniques may be used to reduced scar tissue or adhesions which may be reducing an individual's range of motion or impeding proper posture and ultimately one's comfort. Rehabilitative massage is suggested to be at more regular intervals to ensure the benefits remain long lasting.

Myofascial Cupping
Myofascial Cupping
The detoxifying, stimulating, and nourishing properties of myofascial cupping are found to work wonders for the treatment of scar tissue, stretch marks, adhesions and increase range of motion. Cupping therapy in itself improves circulation and aids in draining lymph fluid. Your therapist will palpate the skin during or at the beginning of your treatment to determine which areas may benefit from cupping. One, two or several cups can be placed on dependent on the size of the area being worked on. These will typically be left on for up to 5 minutes depending on the client’s reaction and sensitivity. The cup can also be moved around by the therapist creating a compression pressure as well. There are varying sizes of cups used for different areas.
Cupping should be pain free however in areas of dysfunction you may experience some bruising in the area, which should disappear within several days.

What Can I Expect From A Session?
A typical CranioSacral Therapy session takes place in a quiet and private setting. You remain fully clothed as you relax on a comfortable, padded table.
By gently touching various parts of the body to monitor the rhythm of the fluid that is flowing around your central nervous system.
By carefully listening with the hands to locate areas of weak fluid flow or tissue the original source of dysfunction.
Delicate manual techniques are then used to release those problem areas and improve the form and function of your central nervous system.
A CranioSacral Therapy session can last up to an hour or more. It can be used alone or integrated with other therapies to create powerful effects.
What you experience from your own session is highly individual. The sessions are deeply relaxing, creating feelings of warmth or gentle pulsing in the areas being worked on.

Our new, ultra relaxing hot stone massage is performed with hand crafted synergy stones. This treatment blends soothing warmth, custom pressure that sculpts and kneads your body into a deeper state of relaxation. It differs from the Basalt stones in the way that the Synergy stones are custom formed (able to perform a deeper tissue treatment if wanted), and have a more evenly distributed heat.
HOT BASALT STONE:
Muscles tend to respond quite quickly to temperature. Smooth, warm basalt stones are placed along the spine to soothe and calm tension and to increase the effect of massage. Warm stones are also used to massage away any remaining tension through out the body. Cool stones may also be used in areas of inflammation or pain to reduce symptoms associated with injury or trauma in a gentle way. This is more of a lighter, relaxation therapy.

Great for increasing blood flow to the scalp, relieving tension/headaches and problem scalps.(I.E: Psoriasis, eczema, dandruff, dry or oily scalp). A speciality blend of essential oils are combined to suite your needs and applied to the scalp with a thorough head/scalp massage including acupressure points. The scalp is covered with a plastic wrap, hydro-heated towels and a dry wrap. You are left for 10-15 min to allow the oils to deeply penetrate, then leave on for additional treatment time and shower out at your personal home.
